Cancellation Effective Date Immediate Cancellation: Your policy can be canceled immediately upon request. Future Cancellation: If you prefer, you can set a future date for your policy to be canceled. Backdated Cancellation: Backdated cancellations are not permitted unless there is proof of duplicate coverage. 3. Refund Policy Refunds for canceled policies will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined below: Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel your policy before the end of the coverage period, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your premium, minus any applicable fees.
